Can I change my order once it's been placed?
Please click here to contact us and we will inform you as to which stage your order is in. If it hasn't been shipped yet, we can change your order. If it has been shipped, we will provide instructions regarding the return/exchange process.

Which methods of payment does Tusi accept?
We accept all major credit cards: VISA, MasterCard, American Express, JCB, and Discover. We also accept most major international credit cards bearing the logos of the above-mentioned issuers. Transactions on our site are conducted in Canadian Dollars (CAD). You may be charged for currency conversion by your financial institution. If you have trouble processing a payment with an international credit card, please contact your card issuer.
Will I be charged sales tax on my purchases?
Purchases shipped to any Canadian provinces or territories will have the respective province or territory's sales tax applied. For those with tax-exempt status, please click here to contact us. For purchases shipped outside of Canada, you will be responsible for paying all local taxes and customs/import duties. Payment of these is necessary to release your order from customs on arrival. We recommend contacting your local customs office to calculate the import taxes and duties prior to placing your order.
