Tusi is pleased to provide complimentary shipping including tracking in Canada and the United States on orders totaling $100 CAD or greater. Please allow 1-3 business days for order processing prior to shipping.
UPDATE: There may currently be delays in shipping times. For orders shipping to Canada, delays may range from 2-12 business days. For orders shipping to the USA, delays may range from 3-8 business days. For orders shipping everywhere else, delays may range from 4-45 business days.

Returns.
If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return your item(s) by mail. You must notify us of your intention to return or exchange within 30 days of receiving your order. Please click here to contact us to get the process started. Your item(s) must be undamaged, in the original condition, and in the original packaging. We cannot cover shipping charges for returned or exchanged items (unless we sent you the wrong item, or it was defective), however we will email you a return mailing label which you can print and affix to your return package for your convenience. Items that are opened and clearly used, and/or returned with damaged or missing packaging may be subject to a 15% restocking fee (applicable to the price paid before shipping/taxes).
Once your item(s) have been received and inspected, you will be notified by email regarding the approval of your return. If approved, refunds will be processed within 3-5 business days. Please allow 7 business days for the refund to appear in your account. In the event of a refund, the full paid purchase price of the item(s) including any taxes paid will be returned to you in the original method of payment, except the original cost of shipping.
